Library: Find, Trust, and Reuse Your Content
Find the photos, documents and knowledge your team needs, understand where they came from and how they can be used, and turn them into stronger donor communications, Stories and reports.
Why it matters
Useful content is often scattered across recipient records, messages, folders and connected drives. Teams spend time requesting the same files, recreating work or checking whether a photo is current and appropriate to share. Library brings that material into one connected workspace, with its original context intact.
What this initiative brings together
Find and organize files across Gratona records and connected sources, with useful previews, filters and collections.
Follow a file back to its related people, programs and work, keeping the original source and version clear.
Understand file visibility and distinguish internal access from permission to use content in donor communications or public fundraising.
Reuse source material in Stories and other workflows without uploading a separate copy each time.
Help people and Tali find relevant evidence and trace answers and drafts back to their sources.
Make hosted storage usage understandable as the library grows.
Where we want to take it next
We are exploring a more complete journey from collecting content to using it confidently:
Simple mobile-friendly requests for photos, video and documents from field teams and partners, with the program, date and usage information captured at submission.
Search by what content contains, alongside practical filters for programs, dates, file types and approved uses.
Feedback and review on the exact file version, with clear ownership and visibility into what needs changes or is ready to use.
Clear consent, expiry and usage information, including which Stories or communications rely on an asset.
Controlled collections for sharing approved content with communications teams and external partners.
Searchable transcripts and useful excerpts from interviews and program videos.
These are directions for feedback, not a promise that every capability is available today. Library organizes and governs source material; Stories turns that material into reviewed narratives. They should work together as one connected experience.
Help shape it
Where does your team lose the most time today: collecting content, finding the right file, checking whether it can be shared, getting it approved, or reusing it in donor communications?
